Providing travel to the students is based on the agreement with the sending institution.

Accommodation is provided for all students during the whole mobility period.
Usually, an apartment is available for them where they can cook, wash and have a good rest. In one room there are maximum of 3 students, depending on the size of the room. A common bathroom and kitchen are available which is equipped with bowls, forks, knives and all thing needed for cooking.

Apartments (depending on the country’s climate) are air-conditioned / heated.

Providing meal to the students is based on the agreement with the sending institution.

It is however important to note that it does not mean physical presence at all times! We have many partners and with local knowledge who can help students with their questions and if any problem arises.
In case of an emergency like an accident – we act immediately by being in touch with local doctors!

We are proud to say that during our 10+ years of practice, all students who had accidents were treated quickly and well and that led to having no long-lasting or permanent injury, but healed well.

All students are covered by insurance as well from the date of departure until the date of arriving home.

Erasmus+ PRO is not just about work experience but also about exploring the given country and it’s culture. During a 3 months mobility we organize cultural activities two times, let is be a boat trip around islands or a traditional Greek dinner in Greece, or a visit to Bled Lake and the beautiful countryside with the capital Ljubljana in Slovenia.

Cultural programs are compulsory but meals and entrance tickets with travel expanses are also covered by us.

It is important to know that Erasmus+ programs require quite a documentation and paperwork.
We know this very well and are ready to assist schools in the process by overtaking many of these work.
We provide all students with certificates, Europass, and other relevant documentation.
